Has fashion gone too far? This weird new “crotch” jewelry phenomenon might just be the nail in the coffin.

Known as the ‘Beachtail’, this statement piece from Japanese jewellery company Bodivas hangs from bikini bottoms and dangles awkwardly between your thighs.

We’re assuming the point of the ‘Beachtail’ is to highlight the wearer’s thigh gap, but all we can think about is a damp bathing suit and a whole lot of chafing.
